Improving The Standard Of Quality And The Ethos For FNQ's Smoke Alarm Industry
Cairns Smoke Alarms has been formed in 2021. We identified several shortfalls in the existing system around FNQ. We are aiming to fill these gaps and provide a more personalized and locals touch to FNQ’s smoke alarm industry.
It has become evident that across the board in FNQ the “big businesses” are typically installing inferior quality products. These products would likely be fine to use south of the tropics, but up here they just don’t last. Residents and real estate are all sick of nuisance beeps – no one likes an untimely alarm – especially now that they’re all interconnected.
At CSA we refuse to use any of these inferior products. Brooks is our primary product used and recommended as they have the best reputation here in FNQ. We also offer Red Smoke Alarms as a more economical option, Red offers a guarantee on their products in case of malfunction requiring replacement.
Our Vision
Our vision is to change the way smoke alarm companies are viewed in FNQ by the real estate companies we work closely with and the public. CSA wants all families to feel safe and confident that their safety is well cared for by using quality products and the expert installation we offer.
We want to be known as the number one smoke alarm service in Far North Queensland.
CSA aims to improve the way that private customers and real estate agents are dealt with. We aim to drastically improve response time in both communication and attendance. Furthermore, to provide education to that our clients enabling them to make informed decisions regarding their product choices.
