CSA offers same-day certificates for compliance when you’re in a rush—whether you’re an owner-occupier or a managing agent. Our call-out fee is just $99, with no hidden costs. If the property is found to be non-compliant, our team will provide on-the-spot options for remedy. Should you approve a full upgrade to meet the latest compliance legislation during our initial visit, we’ll waive the call-out fee entirely. If a return visit is required for the upgrade, the initial call-out fee will apply.

We also offer fault assessments for those nuisance beeping alarms—especially common in non-Brooks households across FNQ. If we installed the system, we’ll attend within the first six months at no charge. Properties on our service plan are fully covered for call-outs under the annual fee. During our visit, we’ll assess your existing smoke alarm system and provide expert advice on the spot. And just like with compliance inspections, if a full upgrade is approved during our first visit, we’ll waive the call-out fee.
